The Terms and Conditions of orders placed with online-unlock.net are the following:
By ordering from online-unlock.net you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept ALL payments via Allpay and Paypal. You do not necessarily need to
have an Allpay or Paypal account in order to make a payment. Allpay and Paypal
are able to process all international credit and debit cards. We are not responsible
and do not dictate the currency conversions rates.
Electronic goods such as codes, unlocking software, usernames and passwords will be sent via email. A secure download link will be provided for software purchases.
Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order.
AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED ORDERS
We run a Fraud Control system on all orders which carries out a number of checks to investigate the likelihood of the transaction being fraudulent. This system is programmed to look for known patterns of suspicious activity based on the order information such as locality, IMEI number(s), IP address, Invoice address, etc. Your order will be automatically cancelled, in the event of a low confidence level - even if the transaction is authorised by Allpay and Paypal.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we feel to be suspicious and/or fraudulent. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the order has been fulfilled we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on order together with your IP address will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
PRIVACY STATEMENTWe will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.
Online-unlock.net will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes on the website and/or new products, services or offers we think you‘ll find valuable.
We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the web site.
RETURNS POLICY We offer refunds for unused Credits (usernames and passwords) but do not offer refunds for independent (offline) unlocking software. We review each incident individually and we will use our discretion to ensure and disputes are resolved amicably.
All unlocking codes and software are provided with implicit and full instructions on how to input into the phone. Our instructions are clear and concise and must be followed carefully. We do not provide refunds to those customers who clearly do not follow the instructions provided.
We do not operate a try before you buy policy.
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase via Allpay or Paypal.
OUR OBLIGATIONS: Online-unlock.net obliges:
1. To send an ordered Code within 72 business hours maximum (from Monday till Friday) with the exception of state holidays or force majeure circumstances.
2. To inform the customer in case of exceptional impossibility to respect the announced time and to propose the cancellation of the order or waiting another precise time.
3. To provide all the assistance necessary (by phone, by MSN, or email) with the customer before or after ordering the Network Code.
4. To cancel the transaction in case of unsuccessful attempt to find the Unlock Code.
If you have tried unlock codes on your mobile phone before using our code unlocking
service and got the message ‘code error’ your mobile phone maybe hard locked and may need manual unlocking. For this reason we don’t
Select your model and read the list. If you send the payment for another phone, there will be no refund, so be attentive.
When you are using unlocking codes you’ll get only 3 chances to input
the correct code.
In no way will the customer be able to require the refunding if he/she buying
a Network Code whereas he/she needs a PUK code or Security Code. If mention “NOT DISPO” appears with near of “Unlock Code”,
it means that we could not find the Unlock Code. In this case, we will propose
you either to wait 15 days additionally or send us your cell phone via mail
or finally we will make refund.
The customer takes note and accepts that in case of the code failure all measures will be taken for unblocking the cell phone. The refunding of transaction will be the last mean if we will not be able to unlock the handset.
